The initial situation:
Photo Serge LLC offers high-quality courses and coaching by the well-known photographer Serge Ramelli for amateur and professional photographers.
The products are distributed almost exclusively through one channel. Webinars with subsequent qualification (by a setter) and conclusion with the closer on the phone.
The price for the product is USD 2,250.
Objective:
In order to create another profitable source of income, the company commissioned WeFarmLeads to generate leads (prospects ready to buy) from its own prospect database.
In addition, Photo Serge wanted to exploit the full potential of the prospect database, which was not possible with its own telephone canvassing resources.
The implementation:
Photo Serge provided us with 26,449 records of phone numbers of freebie downloaders, webinar attendees, purchasers of smaller courses or presets who had logged into the webinar but not yet purchased.
We carried out the first test run with 30,021 calls, of which 10,729 led to actual telephone connections. The rest were incorrect numbers or connections.
This resulted in 1,349 contacts (actual conversations with potential prospects), of which 93 people were interested, resulting in 76 leads with real interest. This means that 76 potential customers answered all pre-qualification questions completely and positively.
All 76 leads are therefore interested in buying.
The result:
The end result was an 18.11% close rate of all sales calls that were not previously customers and have now become customers.
